Our gourmet jars can last up to 1 year if unopened. Once opened, please keep refrigerated.
📦 How do you ensure glass jars don't break during delivery?
Every jar is wrapped with double-layer bubble wrap and encased in a protective air column pouch with a Fragile label before dispatch.
🔄 What is your policy for damaged or missing items?
Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel. If you receive a damaged jar, contact us immediately via the Contact Us page for a refund or replacement.

Promote Pepeng Hapon Spanish Sardines using your assigned VIP Access Code without buying stock upfront. You earn a 15% Commission on every verified customer order. Weekly sales calculations cut off every Wednesday at 11:59 PM, and all commissions are released every Thursday via GCash.
Area Reseller Consignment Program
🏷️ How does the Area Reseller Consignment Program work?
Area Resellers hold local physical stock on consignment (pay-later). Standard Starter Pack includes 24 jars total (12 pcs Original 200ml and 12 pcs Mild Spicy 200ml). Total retail value is ₱3,780.00, with an automatic 15% wholesale discount bringing the reseller price to ₱3,213.00. Remittance is collected once a week (Every Thursday).

📦 Are there shipping fees or returns for consignment packages?
As a special promotional launch offer under Hannn Golden Corporation, there is no shipping fee charged for consignment deliveries. Resellers must personally inspect all items upon arrival under our strict No-Return Policy.
